While we’ve lost listings because other brokers have sold sellers on unsubstantiated values, we’ve never lost one due to dishonesty or lack of service. You’ll also get open and honest activity reports if you’re a seller, and honest value assessments if you’re a buyer.

Our experience, education, and “hard knocks” work for you. Our principal broker, Michael Shields, has been a multifamily broker for ten years and worked in high-tech, corporate sales, and marketing for fifteen before that. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. Shields is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a designation held by less than 1% of agents and brokers nationwide. All this means one thing, he’s taken his “lumps”, so you won’t have to. Indeed, many of our clients are either current or former real estate brokers, attorneys, and financial services professionals.
